In this article, the author analyzes the historical memory work of the Association of Victims of Granada, Antioquia, Colombia —Asovida—, through the construction of the Salón del Nunca Más showing that this experience contributes to the construction of an emotional and political community that allows the creation of new citizenships due to the political enforcement given by the memory of suffering.
