This paper explains the dissemination proposal carried out under the program of preventive archeology for the Ituango Hydroelectric Project. It also presents an exercise which identifies the characteristics associated with the cultural values that the activities performed may generate. Particularly, the itinerant exhibition Removiendo huellas se descubre nuestra historia (Removing traces to discover our history) was analyzed by taking into account the comments generated in the different localities where the event took place.
