Abstract: Antonio Cornejo Polar, by studying migratory movements from the countryside to the cities, proposes the concept of "migrant subject" as a literary category. This concept states the discursive process that becomes useful to explain the characteristics of the following subject constructions: multiplicity, descentralization, biculturality, these antagonistic elements do not mix synthetically. So, it's possible to extend the use of the category in order to study the subjects of different migration movements, in, from and to Colombia, in the literary discourse of Latinoamerica.
