The Comparison in the Analysis of Qualitative Research Grounded Theory

El espacio de debate aborda el tema del análisis comparativo constante que se hace en la teoría fundada (TF). El propósito estriba en que se logre revisar, desde la experiencia de todos los participantes, la comparación que se hace en la investigación cualitativa, específicamente en aquellos que la realizan en el marco de una TF. Para definir qué es la comparación teórica en TF, un primer elemento que habría que indagar es la profundidad y el alcance de las comparaciones que hacemos: cómo asumimos las comparaciones en investigación cualitativa y qué logramos con ello. Si nos quedamos solo en lógicas descriptivas o si apenas avanzamos en un nivel de abstracción que nos permita realmente la emergencia teórica. Otra pregunta provocadora indaga si es posible iniciar una investigación en TF con las manos vacías; es decir: sin contar con unas bases conceptuales previas.
