Gobernabilidad en el proceso de globalización

Al consultar el término 'gobernabilidad' en la última edición del Diccionario de la lengua española, se encuentra que una de sus acepciones es la palabra 'gobernanza', definidad a su vez como un arte o manera de gobernar que se propone como objetivo el logro de un desarrrollo econòmico, social e institucional verdadero, promoviendo un sano equilibiio entre el estado, la sociedad civil y el mercado de la economìa. En esta breve presentación no es mi interés profundizar sobre el contenido que se la ha venido dando a los términos, ni sobre el debate academico desarrollado en el ambito de la ciencia política y la relaciones internacionales en los ultimos tiempos en torno a estos temas.
