PROBLEMAS NUTRICIONALES EN COLOMBIA 2010
Abstract
El problema Nutricional en Colombia ha sido enfocado por variados aspectos tanto desde el punto de vista de su magnitud como de sus factores condicionantes.
Hoy sólo pretendemos darle un somero análisis a sus indicadores y a sus relaciones con aspectos generales del desarrollo y la salud, con el fin de iniciar una serie de artículos que profundicen sobre los aspectos específicos del problema y el manejo de sus indicadores.
1. ASPECTOS GENERALES DE NUTRICION Y SU RELACION CON SALUD Y DESARROLLO
El estado de Nutrición referido a las comunidades, no es un concepto estático, sino, por el contrario dinámico, ya que se ve claramente interaccionado por la diferentes situaciones de desarrollo de un país; siendo a la vez factor condicionante y condicionado en relación con los niveles alcanzados por la comunidad en los campos de la salud y el desarrollo integral.
