Metodologia ergonômica para o desenvolvimento tecnológico agrícola de uma ferramenta manual: estudo de caso da enxada

Objetivo: Mostrar a metodologia de co-design utilizada para o desenvolvimento de uma ferramenta manual para o campo, em que o eixo central é a compreensão e a inclusão das necessidades e dos desejos dos usuários, com o objetivo de promover a transferência de tecnologia desde a concepção do produto.
Metodologia: O processo de co-design aplicado consiste em oito etapas práticas de criação, com trabalho conjunto síncrono e assíncrono, em cenários presenciais e plataformas virtuais. Participaram 143 agricultores durante o desenvolvimento da ferramenta.
Resultados: além da metodologia de co-design para o desenvolvimento da ferramenta manual do agricultor, mostra-se a proposta de estudo da enxada de duplo propósito, em que o projeto constatou que essa nova proposta apresentou melhor qualidade ergonômica, pela redução do risco associado à carga postural e melhor percepção de conforto.
Conclusão: A principal constatação é o envolvimento dos usuários desde os estágios iniciais do processo de desenvolvimento de uma tecnologia, o que permite uma correta compreensão de suas necessidades e desejos em relação ao desempenho de sua atividade de trabalho. O estudo também mostra que é possível mitigar os fatores de risco e, ao fazê-lo, conceber uma ferramenta muito mais confortável com recursos de melhor qualidade ergonômica.
