Abstract

Regular physical activity is effective for hypertension control and prevention. Its effects on hemodynamics are naturally beneficial to cardiovascular function and also contribute to general health improvement through favorable effects on other systems. Some technical aspects about exercise are considered, so that it may be used with the aim of public health, where this type of intervention could bring about a huge beneficial outcome.
