This paper explains the concept of dissemination, in the sense of expressing and transmitting from the parreshía or say true. Explore different trends and patterns involved in such communication, both positive and negative aspects, with reference to some concepts of Michel Foucault and Ken Wilber. Finally, it proposes the transtopic position as an existential player who decides to disseminate their experiences, attitudes, speeches, using multiple sources and pathways by which it meets, at fortunate ocassions, with others, the joy.
