Abstract

The purpose of this article is to explain the  therapeutic approach proposed by the Psychological Clinical Method from a compassionate reading of the therapeutic relationship and alliance. This reading aims to address, from the ability to put oneself in another’s
place, common humanity, overcoming value
judgments, understanding suffering, kindness
and care. From this article, it is also sought to understand the psychological problems and
conflicts of the human being through contextualized clinical reasoning and the creation of new knowledge in psychotherapy and clinical
psychology.
