Abstract

This article analyzes some aspects in relation with the problems of the pedagogical justification and the epistemological fundamentation of the (dis)courses of ‘Introduction to the (study of the) law’, actually, once operated the consolidation in the courses of ‘(general) theory of law’, how denomination and standard discourse in the studies plans of Western law, thinking about its possible relations, by means of the approach of some similarities and differences between both discourses
