Un balance a la formación de ciudadanía desde el tercer sector: 1990-2002

Este artículo presenta los resultados de una investigación realizada sobre los programas y escuelas de formación ciudadana de Medellín, de Urabá y del Oriente Antioqueño, desarrollados por organizaciones no gubernamentales articuladas en el Grupo de Formación Ciudadana de la Red Viva Antioquia. Nuestro enfoque se ubica en el esfuerzo por dar cuenta de los límites y posibilidades de la formación ciudadana, las prácticas políticas y la acción política en contextos conflictivos.
