La escuela de Santiago y la educación en la democracia: antología razonada de Maturana y Varela.
Abstract
El título precedente nombra la reflexión con que inicio la contribución ofrecida para el estudio de los aportes educativos de Francisco Varela y Humberto Maturana y destaca la ubicaciónhistórica necesaria donde debe situarse la obra de estos autores chilenos, por ende latinoamericanos, así como el contexto de esta misma contribución, configurada al concluir la primera década del siglo XXI y beneficiada del desarrollo de la obra de Varela y del avance de la producción de Maturana, al parecer claramente consolidada en tanto desdehace muchos años sus tesis centrales se encuentran establecidas como expondremos más adelante.
