El laboratorio de Control de Calidad de NEW STETIC S.A. presenta un método analítico alternativo al propuesto en la USP 24 para determinar el porcentaje de pureza de la materia prima epinefrina base. La cuantificación se realiza utilizando una técnica espectrofotométrica con base en la máxima absorbancia de esta sustancia a una longitud de onda de 280 nm. El método analítico identifica y cuantifica la sustancia de una manera simple, rápida y confiable, según lo indican los resultados obtenidos para algunos parámetros de validación tales como: exactitud, precisión y linealidad en el rango de concentraciones comprendidas enre 0,051 mg/mL y 0,076 mg(mL de epinefrina base.Downloads
