Análisis descriptivo sobre la implementación de consultorios farmacéuticos como un servicio de apoyo de los servicios farmacéuticos

En el siguiente artículo se analizarán las actividades de asesoría desarrolladas por Químicos farmacéuticos (QUÍMICO FARMACÉUTICO) desde los servicios farmacéuticos en una institución prestadora de salud (IPS), relacionadas con el uso racional de los medicamentos (medicamentos) y la promoción de la salud, a través del Consultorio Farmacéutico (CONSULTORIOS FARMACÉUTICOS). El trabajo se dirigió tanto al personal de salud, de la farmacia, usuarios del servicio y la comunidad en general, a través de programas educativos de información pasiva y activa que incluían: cursos de actualización en el área farmacológica, plegables, carteleras, cartillas, boletines, recepción de consultas sobre medicamentos y salud de forma oral y escrita, análisis de registro, de calidad de la prescripción, del despacho y del uso de algunos medicamentos entre otras. También se desarrollaron algunas actividades educativas de tipo preventivo con empleados de empresas afiliadas sobre el concepto de salud, automedicación y el uso adecuado de medicamentos. En equipo interdisciplinario se realizaron charlas y seguimiento a algunos programas especiales como diabetes, hipertensión, enfermedades reumáticas. La evaluación final del servicio prestado, a través de una encuesta personal arrojó satisfacción superior al 90% y con mucho interés de que se vincule de manera continua el farmacéutico en programas similares de educación en salud en las instituciones.Downloads
