El Boletín de Antropología de la Universidad de Antioquia abre sus puertas y ventanas para que autores, editores, evaluadores y lectores en general puedan participar de manera decidida y constante en el proyecto de difundir el conocimiento antropológico de la región, en particular, y de América Latina, en general. En el presente número y luego de recibir diversas sugerencias por parte de colegas motivados en participar como editores invitados, seleccionamos tres interesantes y muy juiciosas propuestas de Brasil y Portugal; México y Colombia y, finalmente, de Estados Unidos, cada una de las cuales denominamos, siguiendo la tradición de nuestra revista, como dossier. En las dos primeras nos encontramos con artículos producto de investigación, mientras que en la tercera seguimos dando espacio a la reflexión, el ensayo y el debate como géneros propios de las ciencias sociales en general y de la antropología en particular, tal como se indica en nuestra política editorial.
