Egotism as an ontogenetc principle for the construction of the individuality of the living being: and cooperation, as a necessary organizing axis, are recognized in this context and it is proposed that a rule of thumb to manage the very complex relatinships with the environment could lay on the capacity of the human being to increase cooperation and reduce his egotism.
