Criterios de evaluación a nivel organizacional de los grupos de investigación de la Universidad Nacional de Colombia-Sede Medellín

Se realizó un estudio sobre las dinámicas organizacionales de los grupos de investigación de la Universidad Nacional de Colombia, sede Medellín, con el propósito de identificar criterios de evaluación que contribuyan a la adopción de una cultura de evaluación sistémica y sistemática y para apoyar el desarrollo de las actividades investigativas en cumplimiento de la misión de la Universidad. Se caracterizó la cultura investigativa de los grupos y las diferentes variables organizacionales tales como dirección, formas y modelos de trabajo, clima y cultura organizacional e infraestructura, entre otros.
Se presentan algunas variables demográficas y académicas de los investigadores involucrados y se describen dinámicas de trabajo y actitudes frente al proyecto de grupo. De los grupos se describen aspectos relacionados con su génesis, su sostenimiento y sus dificultades. Sobre el clima y la cultura organizacional se relatan las impresiones de los investigadores y sus coordinadores sobre el ambiente de trabajo y los factores motivacionales más recurrentes. Se presentan los factores que los coordinadores y los investigadores consideran como los más pertinentes para evaluar el trabajo individual y grupal, y finalmente se presenta la matriz FLOR (fortalezas, limitantes, oportunidades y retos).
