The others is a visual essay that seeks to depict images of those people who have to do with obtaining and producing food in several regions of the country that, due to the current consumption dynamics, are not known or recognized. The series aims to highlight the value of these people within the kitchen as part of the dialogue between rural and urban sphere, and as an element in the construction of the cultural heritage notion. This essay focuses on the market and how people participate in transportation, preparation and marketing of food.
