This document summarizes the experience of designing a digital and gamified platform in order to generate awareness and habit changes regarding the rationalization of water consumption in a group of students from public schools in the Guavio region, in the department of Cundinamarca, Colombia, during the year 2015-2016. It reconstructs the methodological path for the design of the digital platform and based on Design Thinking. We conclude by reflecting on the results of the experience on the impact on the participating population, its scope and the possibility it has to redesign ontological relationships, we conclude by placing a strong emphasis on the need both to include anthropologists in private companies, and to make private companies active part in the processes of social transformation.
