Abstract

El objetivo de este artículo es compartir la experiencia investigativa desarrollada en la Escuela Normal Superior del Distrito de Barranquilla y la Facultad de Ciencias de la Educación de la Universidad del Atlántico, sobre “¿Qué y cómo se enseña y se aprende la investigación en la formación de maestros?”. En primer lugar, se hace una descripción del proyecto, con énfasis en la metodología empleada, la Investigación Acción Educativa y Pedagógica -IAEyP-, y en segundo lugar, se presentan los hallazgos, a manera de aseveraciones y cuestionamientos, que lleven a la reflexión y a acciones evaluadoras de la formación integral, para el desarrollo de las competencias investigativas necesarias para la producción de saber pedagógico, todo con miras al mejoramiento de la calidad educativa en la formación de maestros y maestras para los diversos niveles educativos.
