Abstract

Durante las últimas cinco décadas, han aparecido obras –entre libros y artículos de revistas–, que señalan de manera directa la relación que hay entre comer e identidad, comer y cultura, comer e ideología, comer y poder. El libro de Alain Ducasse y el comunicador Christian Regouby, ganador cuatro veces de las afamadas estrellas Michelín, tratan profusamente esta última relación: comer es un acto político (2018).
