Abstract

In the FIFA Futsal in other sports, physical preparation is essential for both the objectives and content must be consistent with their practice and specifically Futsal is a demanding sport, where one of the things that stands out is the speed of displacement. The work aimed to implement a fitness program with emphasis on travel speed by three weekly sessions lasting between 80 and 120 minutes each, this applied for eight weeks, achieving the improvement in travel speed Futsal players FiFa youth category by the City of Tunja. For taking time was designed and built a digital stopwatch sensing step that yielded more accurate results
