RESUMEN
Este artículo pretende mostrar, de un lado, el importante papel que sobre los hechos del lenguaje -en el caso concreto de las locuciones- ejercen los medios de comunicación escrita; de otro resalta la procedencia y los mecanismos de fraseologización de algunas locuciones neológicas aparecidas en la prensa regional.
ABSTRACT
Neological phrases in the Antioquian regional press and the Descriptive Dictionary of the Aburrá Valley (DEVA). This paper aims to show, on one side, the important role the written mass media exert on the language facts-especially on phrases. On the other hand, it stresses the origin and fraseologization mechanisms in some neological phrases appeared in the regional press.
