Abstract

INTRODUCCiÓN La seguridad alimentaria de los hogares - su acceso consistente a alimentos adecuados para una vida activa y saludable - es un fundamento importante para la salud y la nutrición. En la última década varios países han conducido evaluaciones representativas a nivel nacional de la seguridad alimentaria del hogar, incluyendo al menos dos países en América Latina (tres si incluimos la medición hecha por el Banco Mundial en una muestra representativa de hogares urbanos de Argentina en el año 2002)...
