Perspectives on Human Nutrition is an academic journal that aims to publish articles focusing on nutrition, food science, and related specialties directed at the audience of nutritionists, dietitians, researchers, students, and professionals working in all regions of Colombia and other Latin American countries.
Only original articles not being simultaneously reviewed for publication elsewhere will be considered. Articles written in Spanish or English are acceptable.
