Nada es más importante para el progreso económico y social de la región que la educación de los jóvenes latinoamericanos. Un pueblo bien educado es elemento clave para la estabilidad de la democracia, la solidez de las comunidades, y el desarrollo personal. Una fuerza de trabajo competente y dotada de las habilidades necesarias es la base de un crecimiento económico alto y sostenido.
