Los suscritos, investigadores pertenecientes a los Grupos de Investigación reconocidos por la Universidad de Antioquia y escalafonados por Colciencias, expresamos nuestras opiniones y posición ante el Decreto 2912, pues consideramos que éste afecta negativamente tanto la investigación como la docencia, y de esta manera atenta contra el futuro de la Ciencia y la Tecnología en Colombia, motores del desarrollo social y económico de la nación.
