Se hace un resumen del desarrollo del computador, desde el ábaco hasta los supercomputadores actuales. Se analizan los campos de aplicación y las disciplinas conexas con la informática. Se presentan brevemente temas centrales como la inteligencia artificial y la robótica, y se hace un análisis de las consecuencias, técnicas, científicas, culturales, económicas y sociales de la introducción del computador en la sociedad.Downloads
