In this article we analyze the flow of different kinds of knowledge in the university milieu starting with their production in scientific communities. They are wise knowledges that become knowledges to be taught and knowledges to be learnt after they arrive in the university, with their respective configurations derived from the pedagogical, curricular and didactic conceptions in superior education. All of it under the postulates of the so called didactic transposition, as posed by professor Chevallard and exemplified in medical education.
