How to teach language with a constructivist approach by using a computer, a video projector and internet in the classroom?

The purpose of this research project was to design, try and assess the impact of a didactic proposal for language teaching in 3rd, 4th and 5th grades with a constructivist approach, by using just one computer, a video projector and Internet resources available in the classroom. The results indicate that this program created an environment that promoted interaction and cooperation among the students, and it offered them many different ways of connecting, integrating, understanding and constructing their learning
