Este número de Uni-plurilversidad es la duodécima entrega y con el se completa el volumen 4, correspondiente al cuarto año desde la fundación en 1991. Empezamos a marchar al ritmo del siglo y gracias al interés de los lectores y suscriptores, a la generosidad de los autores nacionales e internacionales, a los miembros de los Comités Editorial y Científico, y al patrocinio institucional, podemos decir que hemos cumplido en un ciento por ciento con la periodicidad. Sabemos que nos falta mejorar en calidad, pero es al lector a quien le corresponde juzgamos. Bienvenidos los comentarios y las sugerencias.
