Por causa de los Decretos 3012 de 1997, la Reforma de las Escuelas Normales Superiores, el Decreto 272 de 1998, la Reforma de las Facultades de Educación y el Decreto 2566 de 2003 y la reforma de las demás carreras universitarias, la universidad colombiana ha ingresado en los cambios técnicos en los diseños curriculares por la aplicación, a estrujones, de la normatividad impuesta por el gobierno. Es así como el paso por la acreditación previa, la acreditación de calidad y desarrollo y últimamente acreditación de alta calidad y registro calificado, ha generado un cambio en la educación superior colombiana...
