Author Biographies

Rosario Lazaro, UFSC

PhD in the Translation Studies program (UFSC, Brazil), where he researches literary translation, anthology and chronicle. She obtained a master's degree in Translation Studies from the same institution (2011), has a Specialization Diploma in Literary Translation (UDELAR, 2009) and a Bachelor of Communication Sciences (UDELAR, 2006). Recently, he translated from Portuguese into Spanish the novels My soul is sister of God, by Raimundo Carrero; Antonio, by Beatriz Bracher, and Otra vida, by Rodrigo Lacerda. He published Mayito (Montevideo, 2006) and stories in various media. She is a contributor to the Culture section of the Uruguayan newspaper La Diario.
