Biografia do Autor

Paula Andrea Montoya-Arango, Universidad de Antioquia

Professora associada, Escola de Línguas. PhD em estudios de tradução da Universidade de Montréal, Canada.

Kelly Washbourne, Kent State University, Ohio

Formado pela Universidade de Massachusetts em Amherst (Ph.D.) e pelo Instituto de Estudos Internacionais de Middlebury (M.A.), Kelly é atualmente professor de espanhol. Ele leciona interpretação e liderou programas de alfabetização bilíngue e recreação para crianças em comunidades hispânicas no nordeste de Ohio. Seus projetos na Kent State incluíram missões de serviço em El Salvador, Guatemala e Nicarágua, e ele está trabalhando em várias iniciativas relacionadas à competência cosmopolita, interculturalidade e direitos humanos linguísticos, além de desenvolver cursos e estágios voltados para a linguagem profissional e comunitária. Ele lecionou no Amherst College, Penn State, Middlebury College e UNC Charlotte.
