Sergio Romanelli's book, published by Editora Horizonte (2013), articulates Descriptive Theory and Genetic Criticism to carry out an analysis of the translation process through a case study: the translation of two poems by Emily Dickinson into Italian by Rina Sara Virgillito. Without leaving aside the linguistic aspect, this approach is primarily interested in the creative process that takes place during translation.
