Its free access database makes up a digital serials library containing indices of scientific and humanistic journals from Spain, Portugal, and Latin America, including books (monographs), doctoral dissertations, conference proceedings, homages and other sort of documents. The complete text of many documents is available on line.It was created by the University of La Rioja (Spain), and it has the collaboration of a number of Spanish and Hispanic American universities and public/specialized libraries that feed their journals’ abstracts.
