Résumé

Cet article présente les résultats d'une recherche-action portant sur les processus de recherches-actions menées de façon coopérative par des étudiants, professeurs d'anglais débutants, inscrits dans un programme de professionalisation dans une université colombienne. L'analyse des entrevues et des minutes des réunions entre étudiants et directeurs de mémoires a révélé les difficultés qui ont marqué le processus de leurs recherches. Mais, elle a également permis de montrer comment ces étudiants, tout en se professionalisant, ont pu mieux s'approprier de leur rôle comme professeur.
