Abstract

One hundred and thirty one years after its publication.María by J.Isaacs is still a novel open to multiple interpretations. The theoritical tools proposed in R.Barthes's text analysis provide new path to a significant production. The author of this article imforms us the reading herin carried out, is that of detail.
