Las Paradojas de la Práctica: Empatía y Resistencia con la Profesión Docente

El sentido de afinidad con la profesion docente que un grupo de cinco maestros en formacion manifestaron como resultado de la practica pedagogica se explora en este articulo. El impacto que una experiencia de ensenanza de cuatro meses tuvo sobre sus expectativas de desarrollo profesional constituyo el eje central de este estudio exploratorio. Entrevistas y diarios virtuales fueron los metodos usados para la recoleccion de los datos, mientras que el analisis del contenido fue el enfoque analitico. La manera como la practica docente impacto las agendasprofesionales para el futuro de los maestros en formacion sugirio dos resultados distintos: empatia y resistencia con la profesion docente. Este articulo podria arrojar algunas luces sobre la conceptualizacion y la comprension de la forma como se llega a ser docente.
